-Intruduction

• BCOP is used for protection underground telecommunication cable and create connectivity between manholes, access hole or connect manhole and cabinet without assembly or cut off pipe if possible.
• BCOP is composed from 02 parts: outer pipe is BaAn HDPE Flexible Pipe and inside ducts are BaAn Straight pipes that include many kinds follow to number of inner pipes, from 02 to 12 inner pipes with different size as customers’ requires.
• Basic colors of BCOP is yellow, orange. However color of inner pipes could be changed in accordance with customers’ demands, such as green, red, white, black, grey, ect. Underground solution use BCOP to protect telecommunication cables in the old urban areas, ancient streets, quarter that couldn’t control the infrastructure underneath

-UNIQUE ADVANTAGE

• BCOP is manufactured from identical HDPE material for both inner pipe and outside pipe, so cables are protected “2 times” during installation constructions under soft soil or with area with underground water. The pipes are not deformed in non-uniform conditions as: dilatation and shrinkage – signed of quality degradation.
• Because BCOP have corrugated design, they have bigger bending resisting moment than straight pipe, so they have high force strength and can’t be deformed while standing lad pressure and big load.
• Inner surface of pipe is coated by a silicon layer to reduce friction when install cables and to fully take advantage of pipe’s flexibility during construction in arc road.
• BCOP and accessories are provided in accordance with specification of withstanding typical storage conditions in Vietnam and expected environmental condition during storage and transport process for 30 years without influence on pipe operation and maintenance product characteristics.
